We accept most insurance including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid (AHCCCS) and most commercial plans.

Self-Pay

We offer great discounts for cash patients or if you are not insured or have high deductibles. We see more uninsured patients than many other clinics in the area. We will work with you and have very reasonable rates. Our fees vary and is based on the type of visit. If you need tests or lab work, we do them in-house and also have arrangements with other labs for cash-paying clients to get special discounts.
